On this final day of vacation (for my sister and I) I woke up at 7:35 a.m. and walked upstairs. My parents were up and doing things. My mom was writing in the famous book of Ocracoke memories.
At 10, I decided to walk to a local bakery for breakfast. It was not far from the house. At this bakery, I had ordered a breakfast burrito and sandwich. Both of them were good, like foods from “heaven.”
After I ate my breakfast, I relaxed and did various items on the computer (mainly just working on The Serpent). During this time, my mom went for a run.
At 1:45 p.m., we had lunch. My sister had cooked breadsticks (six of them) and I ate two of them. My sister ate two and my dad ate one. My mom didn’t have any. She had vegetable soup with crackers on the side. After lunch, we were lazy until 4:15.
At 4:20, we decided to go to the beach. This time without the dogs. At the beach, I was the only one to get into the water.
At 6:30, we returned home from the beach. I took a shower while my sister and dad went to Zille’s to buy alcohol. When they returned, we walked as a family toEduardo’s for dinner tonight.
We ate our dinner and finished with Sorry. My dad won.
I went to bed at 10 to wake up early to leave Ocracoke Island.
